WW3 Team Winter Party 2026 – A Night to Remember

WW3 Team Winter Party 2026 at Over Barn, Gloucester

On Saturday 17th January, the HallMark WW3 team came together for a fantastic Winter Party celebration, creating another standout moment in a year full of successful team events.

Held from 6.00 pm to midnight at Over Barn near Gloucester, the venue proved to be an excellent choice. The setting was welcoming, atmospheric and perfectly suited to an evening of celebration, with a warm and festive feel from the moment guests arrived.

Rather than holding a traditional Christmas meal during an exceptionally busy pre-Christmas period for the meat industry, the WW3 team made the thoughtful decision to host a Winter Party in January. This proved to be a great idea, giving everyone the chance to relax, reconnect and celebrate together once the seasonal pressures had eased.

Great Food, Great Music, Great People

Around 80 people attended, including WW3 team members, colleagues from E1 who were in the area attending a HACCP course with Bristol University, colleagues from Head Office, as well as friends and family. It was particularly encouraging to see colleagues attending a social gathering for the first time since joining the business, a clear reflection of how inclusive and welcoming the event was.

The evening featured excellent catering and an open fire with for toasting marshmallows.

The celebration also included a speech from our Managing Director, which provided a moment of reflection and appreciation for the collective efforts made across the year.

Music, Karaoke and Dancing

Music was a major highlight of the evening, with our very own Meat Hygiene Inspector, Rommel, stepping up as DJ. Bringing along his own professional DJ equipment, DJ Rommel delivered a brilliant set that kept the energy high and the dancefloor busy throughout the night.

Karaoke was another standout feature, revealing just how much hidden talent exists across the team. The confidence and enthusiasm shown by colleagues made it one of the most entertaining moments of the night.

With a full dancefloor, great drinks and strong participation throughout the evening, it was clear that when the people are great, the atmosphere naturally follows.

Thank You to the Organisers

This was another outstanding event delivered within the past year, made possible by the dedication and teamwork of those behind the scenes.

A very big thank you goes to:

  • Beatrice Balauca, Senior Veterinary Manager

  • Karolina Malczewska and Mehmet Kocabey, Area Veterinary Managers

  • Joey Weaver, Senior Meat Hygiene Inspector

  • Laura Condor, Operations Manager

Your efforts made this a truly enjoyable and memorable evening for everyone involved.

Looking Ahead

It was a brilliant night with brilliant people, relaxed, fun and full of positive energy. Events like this continue to reinforce the strong culture across the WW3 team and the wider organisation.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the night such a success.
