Meat & Livestock Classification (MLC), a sister company to HallMark, strengthens our operational capabilities with its extensive expertise and presence in numerous abattoirs. MLC plays a vital role in supporting robust management systems and ensuring operational efficiency in existing sites, working closely with HallMark to uphold the highest standards.

UK Farmcare Ltd (UKFC), delivers unparalleled expertise in farm animal health, expanding our reach into comprehensive veterinary care. With a network that includes over 200 veterinary practices, UKFC not only offers a broad pool of UK-based veterinarians new professional avenues but also enables staff to undertake TB testing and farm animal clinical duties, maximising the use of their extensive resources.

Joss Faulkner Consultancy, led by a distinguished Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Butchers and an active member of the Institute of Meat, offers premium meat inspection training. Awarded as the "Best Meat Training Provider of the Year 2024," JF Consultancy plays a pivotal role in maintaining our staff at the cutting edge of industry standards and practices.

Our Official Controls team also engages in additional contracts such as sampling and farm inspections for the FSA and Defra, specialised veterinary work, export certification, and clinical services, further diversifying the professional paths available within our organisation.
