Recognition is one of the moments we look forward to most each month.
Not because of the award itself, but because it gives us the chance to pause and celebrate the people whose actions have made life easier, teams stronger and the business better.
Some contributions solve problems. Others inspire those around them. The very best do both.
This month, we are delighted to recognise two outstanding Employee of the Month winners alongside our Teammate of the Quarter—one of the Group's most respected awards.
While Employee of the Month celebrates exceptional contributions made during the month, Teammate of the Quarter is a particularly special honour. It begins with nominations from colleagues across the business before being reviewed by Heads of Department, Senior Veterinary Managers and Operations Managers. It recognises someone who has gone above and beyond, embodies our core values and has made a lasting impact on the people they work alongside.

🏆 Employee of the Month - Official Controls Winner - Simina Tripon

Leadership is often measured during the moments that test us most.
Throughout June, Simina demonstrated exceptional resilience while managing complex emergencies and particularly demanding operational periods. Her calm approach, professionalism and unwavering commitment helped guide teams through situations where experience and clear judgement were essential.
Colleagues describe Simina as someone they can rely on—not only because of the quality of her work, but because she consistently supports those around her with positivity, integrity and empathy. Her ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders has also earned widespread recognition.
She leads by example every day, making this recognition richly deserved.

Philip has built a reputation for always being willing to step forward whenever support is needed. Whether helping colleagues within his own team or travelling across regions and departments, he consistently puts the needs of the business ahead of his own comfort.
His flexibility, positive attitude and willingness to embrace unfamiliar challenges have made a meaningful difference to colleagues across MLC.
Philip's recognition reflects the kind of commitment that strengthens teams and helps everyone succeed together.

Teammate of the Quarter is one of the Vorenta Group's most valued recognitions because it starts with nominations from colleagues. Being recognised by the people who know your work best is an achievement in itself, and progressing to become the overall winner following review by senior leaders makes this an exceptional honour.
This quarter's winner is Monika Sniezynska.
Monika has consistently gone above and beyond to support her colleagues, regularly stepping in to cover additional responsibilities and ensuring operations continue smoothly whenever unexpected challenges arise.
Her calm approach, willingness to listen and positive attitude have made her someone colleagues naturally turn to for support. She has helped create a working environment where people feel valued, supported and confident, while her reliability and proactive attitude have made a lasting impression across the team.
